Refund Policy - A refund is only offered in the event that the guarantee is not met. If the guarantee is met then you are not eligible for a refund. Only the first month's payment can be refunded; no refund is offered for the monthly subscription payments.

You are not eligible for a refund before the end of the first month (30 days from when “work begins”) and you are not eligible for a refund at any point if the guarantee is met. If the guarantee is not met in the first month then you can request a refund after the 30 days. You must do it within one week (7 days) of the ending of the 30 day period. If you do not request the refund within that timeframe then you will no longer be entitled to any refund and you will be bound by law to continue with the monthly subscription payments for the contracted period of time as set out in the Billing Terms.

It is your responsibility to keep track of these time frames. It is not the responsibility of Promoting Professional to notify when the 30 day period has ended. You will be notified of when the 30 day time frame begins.
