Billing Terms - You agree that by paying for this service you are bound by contract to continue the monthly payments to Promoting Professional for the agreed upon amount of time (minimum six months or the twelve months contract). You agree that you will in no way attempt to delay your payments to Promoting Professional. You understand that any delay in the subscription payments for any reason may lead to a suspension - temporary or perminant - of our (Promoting Professional) service as it is offered to you. You understand and agree that legal action may be taken against you in the event of your innability (for any reason) to pay the monthly subscription payments.
All payments are processed through PayPal. In the event of a dispute, PayPal will be the mediator. Promoting Professional is not responsible for the transactions. All credit card details are processed by PayPal.
